Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how and when your AMQ order gets to you — at home in the UK and worldwide.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours is dispatched.
UK shipping
UK orders are sent via tracked courier and typically arrive in 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on destination. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Customs charges
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within a couple of working days of ordering, check your spam folder or get in touch.
Correct delivery details
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — we can only amend it before dispatch.
Estimates, not guarantees
Delivery times are estimates from the courier and aren't guaranteed. Occasionally things slow down during sale periods, peak season, or due to courier or customs delays outside our control. Thanks for your patience if that happens.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the courier and put it right. Returns and refunds are covered in our Return & Refund Policy.
