Returns & Refunds

Not happy with your kit? We're here to help. This policy sets out how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at AMQ.

01 / RETURN WINDOW

30 days to return

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

02 / CONDITION

Unworn & tagged

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • /Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • /In their original condition with all tags attached
  • /Returned in their original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are returned worn, washed, soiled, or damaged through no fault of ours.

03 / START A RETURN

Get in touch first

Email louiswalsh2222@gmail.com or message +44 7751 626935 with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything back before your return has been confirmed.

04 / REFUNDS

Back to original method

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email to confirm it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few further working days for funds to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

05 / EXCHANGES

Size swaps

Need a different size? Email louiswalsh2222@gmail.com with your order number and the size you'd like. We'll arrange the exchange and send tracking once the replacement ships, subject to availability.

06 / FAULTY ITEMS

We'll put it right

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it — a replacement, exchange, or full refund including any return postage. Please include photos where possible so we can resolve it quickly.

07 / RETURN SHIPPING

Use a tracked service

You're responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

08 / INTERNATIONAL

Worldwide returns

International orders can be returned under the same conditions above. Return shipping costs, and any customs duties or taxes already paid, are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

09 / ORDER CHANGES

Before dispatch only

Orders are processed quickly, so we can only make changes or cancel if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help.

10 / NON-RETURNABLE

Final sale & gift cards

Gift cards and any items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

11 / YOUR RIGHTS

Statutory rights

If you're a UK consumer, this policy is in addition to — and does not affect — your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
